Description

CountLab 9S is the CountLab 9S retail cash register with a standard cash drawer base & single-beam laser barcode scanner. It’s raised keyboard, 14 programmable departments and multi-line LCD display make it ideal for independent retailers or start-up traders looking for an easy-to-use basic scanning cash register. With a CountLab extension cable, you can extend the distance between the cash drawer base and the till.

Service Level Information

The CountLab 9S cash register is available on two different services levels:

The default and recommended Standard service includes –

– Till being unboxed for PDI
– Programming date & time
– Programming receipt header message
– Programming up to 14 department buttons with a description and price (if applicable)
– Printing & fitting personalised keyboard to each department button making identifying sales buttons easy for your staff
– 12 months telephone support direct with ShopStuff

To secure the cheapest possible price it is possible to opt out of these services on the Basic service. With the Basic service there is no pdi test, no programming and the technical support is online instead of over the phone.

12 months RTB warranty included on both services.
