Description

CountLab 5S is an entry-level cash register with a compact drawer. Its raised keyboard 16 department sections, single-line LED display and small footprint make it ideal for kiosks, shops, and boutiques short on counter space. The CountLab 5S is also supplied with a PS2 barcode scanner and has in-built memory for up to 200 barcode products.

The CountLab 5S cash register is available on two different services levels:

The default and recommended STANDARD service includes –

– Till being unboxed for PDI
– Programming date & time
– Programming receipt header message
– Programming receipt footer message
– Programming up to 16 department buttons with a description and price (if applicable)
– Printing & fitting personalised key caps to each department button making identifying sales buttons easy for your staff
– 12 months telephone support direct with ShopStuff

When you order on the STANDARD service you need to download, fill in and email us your set up sheet so we know what to program onto your till. You can download the set up sheet in word or pdf from the main product description tab, the order confirmation page or your order confirmation email.

To secure the cheapest possible price it is possible to opt out of these services on the Basic service. With the Basic service there is no pdi test, no programming and the technical support is online instead of over the phone. The CountLab 5S is programmable only via the supplied software & cable. It is not possible to program manually through the cash register.

12 months RTB warranty, included on both services.

In order to program your cash register we need you to complete a programming form. You can either fill in the form online: https://shopstuff.co.uk/acatalog/countlab-5-6-programming-form.html Or you can download, fill in and email us your cash register set up sheet. We cannot ship your order until we have your programming information. The STANDARD service includes us programming your cash register and providing technical support for 12 months. BASIC service does not include programming or support. Order the STANDARD service to have your cash register pre-programmed to your bespoke requirements.
