The Sam4S ER-940 is designed with chip shops, cafes, bars, social clubs & pubs in mind.
It’s a powerful till packed with features, but its main selling point is its 110 product button flat keyboard with splashproof cover. If you order on our Platinum service we program these buttons and fit a customised product keyboard.
Another popular feature of the ER-940 is its dual station thermal printer. The left-hand side prints receipts either with every transaction or on request only, as well as your end-of-day reports. The right-hand side prints a continuous, condensed journal or audit roll of every single transaction including reports onto a take-up spool. This is useful if a customer queries a transaction or you have a discrepancy in your end-of-day takings.
The ER-940 has an easy-to-read bright blue operator display and LCD numeric pop-up customer rear display, it also has a secure key lock for manager control of reports and programming. The ER-940 is the direct replacement for the popular old ER-5200 & ER-5200M series.
This till also has the ability to have cashier interrupt and table functionality running alongside each other, this feature has to be programmed. The exact number of tables and length of lines in tab will depend on a number of products and price levels you have and is controlled by the initial memory allocation.
